sports.
I've enjoyed sports since I was a little kid. The spirit of competition always inspires me! Being an intense competitor, I've participated in football, track and field,
soccer, baseball, softball, water skiing, knee boarding, skating, skim boarding, basketball, weight training, boxing, yoga, bike riding, etc.
Watching live sports and even certain ones on TV is a favorite pasttime. Knowing your favorite teams and scores is fun and it also brings people together. Everybody loves their team and supporting a winner!
Fitness is a top priority of mine. I believe most diseases and health problems are preventable with the right diet, plenty of exercise and maintaining a lean body type. Don't settle for less. Work toward your goals and when you reach them, implement a maintenance plan to keep you where you want to be.
breathe in, breathe out.

Have you ever tried yoga? It's much more (and much less)
than what many people think it is. Don't knock it until
you've tried it because it can help you. Yoga helps relax
you, increases flexibility and strength and improves your
circulation, focus and overall well being.
boxing.

Got anger? Take it out on a punching bag! We all need
healthy outlets for our energy and boxing is a great one.
Use the speed back to develop quickness and it'll tone
you're entire body if you do it right. Stick and move!
