dreams.

I dream of a world where people tolerate one another with love and compassion. I'm sick and tired of people thinking they know everything and everybody must be exactly like them. That sort of thinking is antiquated and counterproductive and frankly, fewer and fewer people are able to get away with it now. We need to accept and appreciate each other's differences. Diversity is the spice of life.

Avoid discriminating. Many of us have been programmed to discriminate on the basis of age, sex or appearance. Catch yourself. Accept others, accept yourself and others will, too.

I dream of helping as many people as I can with my energy. Many of the things I discover help me and I love offering them to others. To me, that's a core reason for my journey - to learn and to reveal.

In 2011, I lost 32 pounds over 7 months. Please see this online book and give it away to your loved ones. It's claiming 1 in 3, but we can beat obesity.

i was only dreaming.

I love dreamers and most of my friends tend to be the kinds of people who like to talk about concepts and ideas instead of people. Well, at least to my face.

You decide what you think about. You decide what you fear. You decide how you respond to facts and lies. Don't make excuses. Don't delay. Don't wait for a lightning bolt.

Life is short. Redeem the time. Don't waste it. It's your most valuable resource.

Invest your time in others. You'll be more fulfilled if you have a relationship with someone much older and younger than you.

close your eyes.

Never think you're going to feel, look or think just like you do right now forever. Everything is constantly changing. Don't get lost in the shuffle or the crowd. Cultivate a hunger for knowledge and make it one of your quests. Without it, you're going to suffer.

Appreciate the people who invest their time and resources in you. We cannot do everything alone. Great people have learned from other great people, so don't be afraid to give credit where credit is due. It doesn't take anything away from you.

We are one, but we're not the same.
